On August 7, 2023, the Consulate General hosted a meeting with Korean logistics companies operating in New Jersey. Participating companies included CJ Logistics, LX Pantos, HMM, Glovis, and three others, discussing trends in the U.S. logistics market and challenges faced by Korean logistics companies in the U.S., along with potential improvement strategies.

Consul General Euy Whan Kim acknowledged the difficulties faced due to various regulations and urged the companies to establish close cooperative relationships for mutual growth, contributing to the expansion of the Korean wave in the U.S. economic sector.
