On October 22, 2023, Consul General Euy Whan Kim attended the 41st East Coast Chuseok Festival and Small Business Expo held at Murray Hill Plaza in Queens, New York.

Before the commemorative event, Consul General Kim visited the booths participating in the expo to engage in discussions and also took the opportunity to encourage participants of the Peaceful Unification Essay Contest hosted by the New York Council of the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council.
