On 20 March, press conference of Budapest Jazz Festival was held in Jedermann Café, Budapest. The press event was organized by the Budapest Jazz Festival (Artistic Director: Attila Kleb). At the event, the Director of the Korean Cultural Center in Hungary, Hye Ryong Yu and the Artistic Director of Jarasum Jazz Festival, Injae Jin also attended and announced the Korean-Hungarian jazz exchange project that will start in 2024.

Three Korean musicians will perform for the first time at the Festival: on 10 May, Sinnoi Band will play in Trafo House, in November Suh Soojin Trio and Bando will have a performance in Jedermann Café and Korean Cultural Center in Budapest. 

Alongside the performance of Korean jazz performers, Hungarian jazz musicians will be invited to perform at Jarasum Jazz Festival in Korea in October.
