Cocktails made in the last competition
The Korean Cultural Center in Brazil is hosting “Korean Drinks Week” from April 14th to 20th, 2024. The schedule includes the 4th Korean Drink Cocktails Competition, the launch of an exclusive drinks menu and unique masterclasses. The goal is not only to promote traditional Korean liquors but also to encourage local bartenders to explore and incorporate Korean beverages into their creations, tailoring them to Brazilian tastes.
The highlight of this event is the presence of Korean bartender Leo Seo, a star in Korean mixology. Known for his signature cocktails featuring Korean liquor, Leo will serve as one of the judges for the 4th Korean Drink Cocktails Competition and will lead the unique masterclasses.
Additionally, in partnership with the Canopy by Hilton Sao Paulo hotel, there will be an exclusive drinks menu launched at the Stella Restaurante & Bar, featuring Leo's creations. The winning cocktail from the competition will also be available for consumption there.
Bartender Leo Seo
