A Korean menu event titled ‘KOREAN DAYS’ was held from 23 to 25 April by Waldorf Gastro & More LTD., in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Center in Hungary. The event was held at the Kantinetta One, an office building cafeteria. The Korean menu, including Suwon Royal Galbi, Japchae, Kimchi fried rice, and different side dishes (Namul), was very popular amongst the office workers. Last fall, the team of the restaurant participated in a Hansik workshop in the Korean Cultural Center where they learned how to prepare authentic Korean dishes.
The Korean Cultural Center in Hungary will continue to collaborate with local companies and restaurants in order to promote Korean food.
