On March 29th, The Korean Cultural Center held a King Sejong Institute Workshop for 3 King Sejong Institutes in Thailand(Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Maha Sarakham). Representatives from the Korean Association in Thailand, the Thai-Korea Tourism Promotion Association, and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) along with Mrs. Lee Sunju, the director of the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand attended the meeting to discuss the current administrative situation, encountered problems and directions for future cooperation.

Dr. Suwat Suwandee, Vice President for Academic Affairs Kasem Bundit University expressed his happiness in meeting with personnel from Sejong Institutes in Thailand and other related agencies for the first time at Korean Cultural Center in Thailand and hopes to be able to continue to help each other in the future.

The Korean Cultural Center in Thailand hopes that this meeting will contribute to increase the cooperation between the 3 Sejong Institutes and the development of Korean language education and Korean culture at the institute in Thailand.
