Over 90 Thai citizens who have taken photographs while traveling in Korea from 2019 onwards participated in this exhibition.
The Korean Cultural Center has selected 111 of the best photos to be displayed in the 'Show Me Your Korea' exhibition, which will be held at the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand from April 9 until June 28, 2024. Also every participant will receive their photos with a frame as a gift when the exhibition ends.
Mrs. Sunju Lee, The director of the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand, said, “From March onwards, it is the perfect season for traveling to Korea. There will be festivals held in different regions to celebrate the blooming of spring flowers, such as Cherry blossom and Azalea flowers. Hopefully, Thai tourists will be able to share memories from their travel experiences in Korea through this exhibition, and hope that this will be a great opportunity for Thai people to plan new trips in the future."
In 2023, the number of tourists between the two countries is over 2 million people, with approximately 1.66 million Korean tourists traveling to Thailand, ranking third after Malaysia and China. And approximately 380,000 Thai tourists are traveling to Korea.
