Get ready to groove with the rhythm of K-POP at the highly 12th edition of the K-Pop Festival Contest in Sao Paulo, Brazil!
In collaboration with PUAC (National Council for the Peaceful Unification of Korea - Brazil Division), the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil is happy to announce the opening of the registrations for the 12th edition of the K-Pop Festival Constest, to be held on August 17th (Saturday) as part of the program of the 17th Korean Culture Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
This electrifying event promises to showcase the best of K-Pop cover dance talent from all over Brazil.
The contest will be divided into two stages (online selection and final in-person).
Online Selection
- Registration period: April 30th to July 1st, 2024, until 11:59 PM (Brasília time).
Final In-person
- Date: August 17th, 2024 (time to be defined)
- Location: Pça. Cel. Fernando Prestes, Bom Retiro, Sao Paulo - SP
- More information about the final in-person will be sent later to the finalists.
Awards
- 1st place: R$10,000 (ten thousand reais)
- 2nd place: R$5,000 (five thousand reais)
- 3rd place: R$2,500 (two thousand and five hundred reais)
* The prizes will be fully sponsored by PUAC and will be paid by the institution after the end of the contest.
