'Love is in small things' exhibition
From June 2nd to September 1st, the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil will hold the exhibition 'Love is in the Small Things', showcasing the works of South Korean artist Puuung.
The exhibition will present everyday life through the eyes of Korean writer, animator, and illustrator Puuung, who captures small yet touching moments of daily life and conveys them to the audience through her non-verbal work. The artist's drawings possess Korean sensitivity but also tell universal stories that can be appreciated anywhere in the world.
In 2024, Puuung celebrates 10 years of work and will showcase her works abroad for the first time. With 6.57 million followers on social media, Puuung is very popular in the United States and Brazil. The author's works have appeared in Korean dramas such as "W - Two Worlds," and her book has been published in Brazil under the title "Love is - illustrations about love."
As a journey reflecting the discovery of love and emotion in everyday life, the exhibition "Love is in the Small Things" is a unique opportunity to get to know and appreciate Puuung's works in Brazil.
