The Korean Cultural Center was invited by the Thai government to participate in the Korea Pavilion exhibition booth at ‘THACCA SPLASH - Soft Power Forum 2024’ with Korean organizations such as  KOCCA Thailand, KTO Thailand, and aT Center.

At the opening ceremony, His Excellency Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin visited the Korea Pavilion booth with H.E. Mr. Park Yong-min, the Korean Ambassador to Thailand, leading the tour. The Korea Pavilion booth received a lot of interest from the Thai people. Especially webtoons (Line Webtoon, Contents Lab. Blue, Kidari Studio), Games (Zepeto, Netmarble), Television Programs (True CJ Creation), Characters (The Pinkfong Company), and Electronic Devices (LG Electronics), which are the companies that worth keeping an eye on for their future growth.

Mrs. Lee Sunju, The director of the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand said, “I'm glad to be able to participate in this event, which presents the policy and the future of Thailand's soft power. I hope that the two countries can cooperate and exchange in the content industry in the future to let the soft power of both countries be developed and well known worldwide”
