Korean food is very popular and is widely available in Hong Kong. Every year, KCC invites famous chefs from Korea to conduct Korean cooking class in Hong Kong during ‘Festive Korea’, aiming to let participants enjoy and understand more about Korean Food.
Korean chef and culinary researcher Ms. HONG Shinae will visit Hong Kong for this year’s K-Food Masterclass. She will give a hands-on cooking class of Korean homemade dishes as well as introduce Korean food culture to the participants here at KCC.
