Gyeongseong Creature, a series that portrayed the devastating romance between two people struggling against the tragedy caused by a monstrous desire in Gyeongseong in 1945, now takes viewers on a journey to Seoul in 2024. The new season explores the endless ties of fate—both good and bad—that intertwine over time. Ho-jae (Park Seo-joon), a man strikingly similar to Tae-sang, and Chae-ok (Han So-hee), a survivor from the spring of Gyeongseong, confront these complex relationships in the modern era.

The trailer suggests that the nightmares of the past have resurfaced in present-day Seoul, with a series of bizarre murders spreading terror throughout the city. Chae-ok encounters Ho-jae and instantly recognizes him as Tae-sang, leaving her perplexed. Meanwhile, Captain Kuroko (Lee Moo-saeng) continues to conduct questionable experiments at Jeonseung Biotech. Seung-jo (Bae Hyun-sung) immediately recognizes Chae-ok as one of his kind and pursues her and Ho-jae with the Kurokos.
