Events at KCCs abroad

From October 13, 2024, to February 28, 2025, the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil will host the exhibition “Amazing Grace Across the Globe,” showcasing works by South Korean artist Jung Eun Hye. The exhibition features 70 pieces, including caricatures of animals and people.

By exploring the “visible and beyond the visible,” Jung Eun Hye interprets relationships through an energy that emanates from within, creating what she calls “relational lines.” Her work reflects a deep love for lines, unique objects, and abstract forms, moving away from traditional art to embrace a distinctive approach with sincere and creative caricatures.

“Eun Hye” means “Grace” in Portuguese, inspiring the title of the exhibition, which references the presence of artist Jung Eun Hye and her works around the world. The “Amazing Grace Across the Globe” exhibition is a first in Brazil, providing a unique opportunity to discover and appreciate the artist’s work for the very first time in the country.
