The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (Director: Sangwon Jung), in collaboration with the House of Korea (Director: Jung-Joo Hwang), hosted the 'Korean Cultural Day' (Lawn Program) on September 15th at Balboa Park in San Diego.

The event aimed to introduce Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) to the local American community and promote the House of Korea pavilion. Various traditional Korean performances were presented, including court music, Gyeonggi Minyo, the Korean traditional Youth Orchestra, Fan dance, Janggu dance, and Samulnori, alongside an introduction to Korean cuisine, offering a glimpse into Korea's traditional culture and culinary heritage to San Diego residents.

The event attracted many visitors, including families enjoying their weekend at Balboa Park, local San Diego residents, and Korean War veterans, all of whom gathered to experience and enjoy Korean culture together.
