On September 28, 2024, Consul General Euy Whan Kim attended the '23rd New Jersey Chuseok Festival' organized by the Korean American Association of New Jersey, held at Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. He offered his encouragement to President Dae Woo Lee and other association members.

In his congratulatory remarks, Consul General Kim called for the unity of the Korean community through the Chuseok Festival and expressed his hope for continued efforts to carry forward the beautiful traditions of Korea's major holidays.
