The "Korean e-Sports Festival: PUBG MOBILE Tournament 2024," organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong, supported by the Korea Creative Content Agency and HKU SPACE, was successfully held on November 2 at Kowloon City Plaza.
This tournament featured 28 participating teams, with the preliminary rounds dividing the teams into 2 groups (14 teams each). Each group played two preliminary matches, and the top 16 teams with the highest scores advanced to the finals.
The finals consisted of 5 matches, with the scores from all 5 matches combined to determine the winners.
After nearly 5 hours of fierce competition, the following teams were awarded: ▲ Champion(De Gangsters) ▲ Runner-up(CREW OLD DURBAR) ▲ Third place(TrustD Process) ▲ Fourth place(1+3) ▲ Fifth place(EFG). Each winning team received a cash prize, gaming headsets, trophies/medals, and commemorative necklaces.
There was also a photo opportunity area at the event, providing various game-related props, and all attendees received folders featuring PUBG game characters.
