On December 7th at 2:00 PM, during the Ankara International Book Fair, the event titled "2024 Nobel Prize in Literature Winner Han Kang Commemoration: A Talk with Translator Goksel Turkozu" was successfully held in honor of Han Kang, the 2024 Nobel laureate in Literature.

The event was organized to highlight the literary world of Han Kang and to provide a platform for the translator's experiences and insights, who has played a bridging role between Korean literature and Turkish literature.

In this process, participants expressed high levels of satisfaction, noting that it provided them with a deeper understanding of Han Kang's literary world and the translation process. One participant shared, "Through the translator's story, I was able to understand Han Kang's work in a new way. It was an emotional experience where I could feel the value of both literature and translation at the same time."
