[SK Global Scholarship Announcement]
The SK Global Scholarship Program offers Eastern European students the opportunity to learn cutting-edge advancements in technology and pursue a higher degree in Korea. This scholarship is designed for students who wish to obtain a master’s degree in the fields of Electrical and Computer Engineering (Semiconductor/Physics) or Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Eligible students are invited to apply and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity.
○Applicants must hold citizenship from one of the following Eastern European countries:
Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.
○Both parents of the applicant must also hold non-Korean citizenship.
○Applicants whose citizenship changes to a non-European country during the selection process will be excluded from evaluation.
○Round-trip Airfare: Up to 3,000,000 KRW (1.5M max. upon entry, 1.5M max. upon departure, with receipts)
○Entrance Fee: 1,142,000 KRW (at the beginning of the 1st semester)
○Tuition Fee: 7,392,000 KRW per semester (up to 4 semesters)
○Living Expenses: 1,500,000 KRW per month (for 2 years)
○Medical Insurance: Standard amount set by the institution (provided monthly for 2 years)
○Korean Language Training (Optional): Amount exceeding 1 million KRW (set by the institution)
○Applicants must hold or be expected to graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
○Applicants must submit one or more of the following documents:
■TOEFL iBT: 71 or higher (Home Edition acceptable)
■Academic IELTS: 5.5 or higher (IELTS Home Test not accepted)
■TOPIK: Level 3 or higher
○Applicants who completed their undergraduate program in English are exempt from submitting proof of language proficiency.

3. Application and Selection Process
○Submit an online application along with required documents. (No application fee)
○Applications will be evaluated by the department’s review committee.
○No exams or interviews required.
○Interviews may be conducted if requested by the department.
○Announcement of selected SK scholars will be made after the evaluation process.
