On February 15, the Korean Cultural Center in Hungary, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Hungary, successfully hosted a Korean Culinary Experience Event for the Diplomatic Corps in Hungary. Families of diplomatic missions from eight countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland, were invited to experience Korean street food, as well as learn about Korean history and culture.
Participants had the opportunity to prepare traditional Korean street food, including kimbap and tteokbokki. They were able to learn about the characteristics and recipes of Korean cuisine while preparing and cooking the ingredients.
The Korean Cultural Center in Hungary will continue to organize various Korean cultural experience events in collaboration with local institutions, schools, and organizations, allowing more people to experience Korean culture.
