In light of the increasing number of Korean companies entering Windsor, Ontario, the Korean Cultural Centre in Canada is hosting the " Korean Cultural Day In Windsor" event on March 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM. This event aims to foster positive perceptions of Korea among local Canadians and strengthen the cooperation between the two countries in celebration of the 2024-25 CAN-KOR The Year of Cultural Exchanges. The event will feature a performance by the ChangMu Arts Cemter, led by the pioneering figure in Korean contemporary dance, 81-year-old active dancer Kim Maeja. The performance will take place at the Capitol Theatre in Windsor, showcasing the beauty and meaning of traditional Korean dance, as well as conveying the depth and elegance of Korean culture to the local community. The performance will be held for free, and you can make a reservation through the following link.
