Have you ever been to Busan?
Speaking of food in Busan, seafood is a must! 🦐
Busan is a coastal city with rich seafood supply, that is why it is famous for its seafood cuisine.
At the last“The Taste of Korean Food”workshop this month, KCC will be teaching you a dish originated at Busan: Nakgopsae(Stir-Fried Octopus, Beef Intestines and Shrimp), with a side dish of Rolled Omelet🥚
The name of the dish is derived from the name of octopus (낙지,Nakji), intestines (곱창,Gopchang) and shrimp (새우,Saewoo). It has a rich texture and flavor, making it a good dish to serve with drinks. 🍻
