Events at KCCs abroad

On March 7, the Korean Cultural Center started this year's K-Cuisine class with a Lotus stem Kimchi and Suyuk (Boiled Pork Slices) class taught by Mrs. Yoon Daesuk, owner of a Korean restaurant 'Myeongga'.

Mrs. Yoon provided several tips for using lotus stem kimchi and making Suyuk, such as making the lotus stem sweeter by part-boiling it and giving the pork a beautiful color by adding soy sauce.

The participants were fascinated by using lotus stems to make kimchi and praised it as a perfect blend of Thai and Korean styles.

The K-Cuisine class at the Cultural Center will open registering again soon. Follow the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand on Facebook, Instagram, and X for more details!
