Once a famous news anchor, Young-Hwa Yoon, gets a anonymous phone call during his radio program, which threatens to explode Mapo Bridge. While everyone thinks it is a prank, the bridge is blown up for real. In an ambitious attempt to get his anchor-title back, Mr. Yoon decides to braodcast the call with a terrorist on live. The terrorist asks for a big money as a trade-off of the interview, which is accepted by the radio station. The terrorist requires the president's apology toward construction workers who died while building the Mapo Bridge. When this request is refused, the terrorist goes on for an additional terror. All the efforts from government and Mr. Yoon to persuade the terrorist to stop the bombardment fail, and Mr. Yoon even gets to know that a bomb has been put in his earphone too.
