Events at KCCs abroad

Xtreme Movement Crew, a Nigerian dance group, emerged as the overall champion at the 2025 K-pop Festival in Abuja, hosted by the Korea Cultural Centre Nigeria (KCCN) 
They performed an electrifying rendition of Ateez’s “Ice On My Teeth,” earning the ₦800,000 grand prize and the opportunity to represent Africa in the global finals in Korea. The group also won the audience popularity award worth ₦200,000 
The competition featured 18 finalists—10 singing and 8 dance groups. In the dance category, Xtreme Dance Crew took second (₦600,000) and Zoned-IN DC came third (₦400,000). In the singing category, MacWhitney Myles won (₦500,000), followed by Goodness Ohwodiasa (₦300,000) and Onuh Blessing (₦200,000) 
Leader Damina Luka shared that they trained intensely since February, blending Ateez’s style with unique Nigerian flair. KCCN Director Jeon Juho praised Nigerian talent and expressed optimism for their success in international competitions.
