Events at KCCs abroad

Ms. Yunjin Lee, Programme Officer at the Korean Cultural Centre in Nigeria (KCCN), said that the K-pop Academy is strengthening musical exchange between South Korea and Nigeria.

K-pop, which blends pop, hip-hop, R&B, and EDM, has become increasingly popular in Nigeria, especially alongside K-dramas and films.

Since 2024, over 200 Nigerian students have attended the academy. Some advanced to compete in World K-pop Competitions.
