The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (KCCLA) and Jeong Art & Culture presented “Mastery of Korean Performing Arts” on July 30 at Zipper Hall to a sold-out audience in celebration of the 80th anniversary of Korean National Liberation. 

The concert brought together about 20 masters of Korean traditional music and dance, including holders of National and Seoul Intangible Cultural Heritage titles. Highlights included taepyeongso ensemble, Seodo sori, gayageum byeongchang, haegeum ensemble, Taepyeongmu, and Samul Pungmul, offering an unforgettable evening of Korean cultural excellence. The audience responded with standing ovations.
