The Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles (Director Haedon Lee) successfully hosted the “2025 K-Pop Cover Dance Festival in USA” on August 24 at the center’s Ari Hall.

This year’s festival featured 12 dance teams from across the U.S. The 7-member team KND from Orange County, performing ITZY’s “마.피.아.in the Morning,” took first place and will represent the U.S. at the World Finals in Korea this September. Second place went to the 12-member team aXis from Chicago, and third place to last year’s champions, AfterDark.

Director Lee Hae-don commented, “This festival was a meaningful opportunity for K-Pop fans from across the U.S. to share and celebrate Korean culture,” adding that the center plans to continue offering diverse Hallyu experience programs.
