"Taste of Jang", Korean cooking classes held in Rome


October 30 and 31 were two days dedicated to Korean cuisine under the theme “Taste of Jang”

The Korean Cultural Center in Italy, in collaboration with the Korean Food Promotion Institute (KFPI), held two special Korean cooking classes during which participants learned about the culture of fermentation—the foundation of Korean culinary traditions—and prepared some of the most iconic Korean dishes.
