The Korean Cultural Center of Ankara hosted classical concerts in the capital, Ankara, and a couple main cities of Turkey, Eskisehir and Bursa. These we held in cooperation with the national universities in those cities. Classical Concerts featuring the Kwak Trio took place in Ankara on the 28th of April, in Eskisehir on the 29th of April and in Bursa on the 30th of April.

The Kwak Trio, consisting of father Byung-Kook Kwak, as violinist, mother Jungwon Kwak as pianist and daughter Christine Kwak also as violinist, perform in Solisti Ensemble in New York City.

Byung-Kook Kwak is currently a faculty member at Manhattan School of Music, Pre-College and Westchester Conservatory, Jungwon Kwak is a faculty member at the Jewish Academy of Fine Arts, and Christine Kwak continues teaching at Cornell University as a Visiting Lecturer.

In each city, hundreds of people with interest in Korean culture and music had an fulfilling night of song and relaxation with the Kwak Trio.
