The Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria in collaboration with Arojah Concepts commemorated the World Poetry Day on March 21, 2018 by organizing the 8th Korea-Nigeria Poetry Fiesta, a competition which is held annually. A total of six hundred and thirty three poems were received from individuals and schools across the country. After a tasking screening exercise, the following emerged: In adult category, Anyanwu Roseben C.N. came first, Oko Owoicho came second, while Ridwan Adelaja came third. In the Secondary school category, Ameerah Adunola came first; Praise Acha came second and Ngwuli Chinza Gift came third. Over a 100 people were in attendance as they were treated to several performances.
