Events at KCCs abroad

The Korean Cultural Centre Nigeria (KCCN) and FCT Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB) have collaborated for several years to create Art-consciousness in FCT schools via the annual Korea Image drawing competition. The most recent edition took place on the April 24th 2018 at the Junior Secondary School (JSS) Jabi. A total of 150 paintings were produced by the pupils and subjected to through scrutiny by a panel of judges, 20 drawing made the final selection – 1 Gold (HP 15” Inch Notebook), 3 Silver (HP Netbook), 6 Bronze (Tablet) & 10 Consolation prizes (A Stationery set).

The Korea Pupils Drawing Competition Award Ceremony took place on May 10, 2018 at KCCN Studio with over 80 people in attendance, Bulus Fear God, a pupil of L.E.A Primary School, Waru, Abuja won the Gold prize.
