KCCN’s partnership with FCT Universal Basic Eduacion Board (UBEB) on taekwondo has taken root as the sport has been introduced in 4 schools which include:  Model Primary School, Maitama, L.E.A. Primary School Wuse Zone 3, L.E.A. Primary School Wuse V Zone 1 and Model Junior Secondary School Maitama.

8 students graduated with excellent award; Destiny Chukwukere and Abdulbasit Umar from L.E.A Wuse Zone 3, Emmanuel Anozie and Joseph Anozie from L.E.A. Wuse V Zone 1, Bassey Samuel and Kathrine Ohajuba from Model Junior Secondary School Maitama, Ismail Tahir and Amir Aminu from Model Primary School Maitama.

About 107 Taekwondo students graduated. 68 of them were promoted to the next belt level while 76 students got commendation award for perfect attendance.  The graduation ceremony took place on June 14, 2018 at KCCN Studio.
