The 2018 K-POP Dance Competition took place on July 21, 2018 at the NICON Luxury Hotel, Area 11, Abuja. It was suspense filled and intensely exciting. The competition began with a record number of entries at the preliminary stage – 40 in total (30 professional crews and 10 secondary school crews). 7 professional crews and 6 secondary school crews qualified for the finals.

In the professional crew category, Northsidekingz  won 1st place, Classic Royals won 2nd place and Elites Dance Crew came third; while In the Secondary school category, Julimore won 1st place, K-POPIAN Boys won 2nd place and K-POPIAN Girls came third. The presence of the Korean ambassador to Nigeria, Lee In-tae and VIPs added color to event with over 600 people in attendance.
