A solo concert by innovative komungo (Korean stringed instrument) virtuoso and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music Jin Hi Kim.
This concert was followed at 8pm by a free film screening of Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds in the Goldsmith Family Cinema, located in the Center for Film Studies (301 Washington Terrace, Middletown) including a Q&A and talkback with producer Dong-Yeon Won.
Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Sound of Korea, on display at the College of East Asian Studies Gallery at Mansfield Freeman Center through Saturday, May 25, 2019.
