Special lesson of young Korean chefs 'Esprit Chef'
Thursday, June 6, young Korean chefs of the Esprit Chef arrive at the Cultural Institute for two extraordinary lessons to learn a main dish and a dessert.
Esprit Chef is a group of young Korean chefs united by the passion and love for gastronomy in general that have created a communication channel to experiment and share their creativity.
There are chefs from all the draws of multi-medal chefs in international competitions, members of prestigious juries and gastronomy commissions, national representatives, professors specialized in the field to young students and gastronomy practitioners, but also ordinary people with a strong passion for kitchen.
This group organizes seminars abroad every year, special courses, participation in international courses, study trips and activities to learn the gastronomic culture of other countries and at the same time promote Korean cuisine.
