Exhibition inauguration
'SEOUL ROMANCE'
On April 18, the 'Seoul Romance' exhibition was inaugurated at the Korean Cultural Institute, which depicted the Korean capital from the point of view of 5 different artists.

The inauguration ceremony opened with the greeting of ICC Director Oh Choong Suk followed by the presentation of the Ahn Chung Ki exhibition. The pres. Attended the inauguration ceremony on. of FITA Park Young Ghil, prof. Matilde Guarnieri of the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome, the exhibition curator Vittoria Biasi and about 100 other people.

The five artists of the exhibition reinterpreted in their own way in the respective artistic fields the city of Seoul with landscapes expressed with installations combined with computer graphics, photos of parts of the Royal Palace from the point of view of a restorer, the aerial view of Seoul and the comparison between the ancient Seoul expressed by the artists of the past and today's Seul portrayed in photography for a total of 24 works exhibited.

Some visitors to the exhibition have commented saying "it was interesting to see Seul seen only on TV or on the Internet through this exhibition from an artistic point of view" and "I had an image of Oriental art of something linked to tradition and old, but I realized that it also includes very modern forms of art and expression ".
