It tells the life of Choi Jong-boon (Kim Hyang-gi) and Kang Young-ae (Kim Sae-ron), two young women who were forced to leave home to become sex slaves during the Japanese occupation of Korea in World War II.

There are still many victims of the political situation who are trying to demand justice, especially women victims of sexual violence. Despite raising a controversial topic, this film is packaged without explicit sexual scenes. By telling the dark story of the victims of the nation's history, we can together move to create a better human life.
