Young KOWIN Culture Day was held by Ministry of Gender Equality & Family, Korea and KOWIN (Korean Women’s International Network) at the Korean Community Centre on Nov 21. The Event was organised in order to give traditional Korean experience for second generation Korean women in Australia. The participants learned how to wear Korean traditional clothes (Hanbok) and how to vow in a traditional way. They only saw Korean traditional customs on media and it was the first time they practice it.
