Korean Consul General Won Sam Chang attended the New Year's Celebratory Ceremony co-hosted by the Korean-American Association of Greater New York and the National Unification Advisory Council New York Chapter. He read New Year’s congratulatory letter on behalf of the Korean President and gave encouragement to the Korean community.
