The Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proudly presents the 4th annual concert, ‘Korea 21: Music Here & Now’ in collaboration with Gugak FM Broadcasting System in Seoul and the Korean Traditional Performing Arts Association of NY (KTPAA).
A highlight of this event will be the select group of outstanding Korean traditional and popular music artists directly from Korea, ranking in the top ten at the ‘21C Korean Music Project Competition’ in 2010, one of the most prestigious new music competitions in South Korea. ‘Aux’ will present ‘pumba’, achieving great balance between Korean traditional music and popular music. ‘Silk Road’ will present the blending of traditional Korean and old Silk Road musical classics.
