Consul General Won-sam Chang met with Rep. Gregory Meeks at a PPE donation ceremony organized by the Korean American community at King Manor Museum in Queens, New York, on June 19. Expressing his appreciation for the support from the community and the Korean government towards the fight against Covid-19, the Congressman applauded Korea’s mitigation efforts for successfully curbing the spread of the virus. He also stressed the importance of the Korea-US alliance as well as the continued strengthening of the bilateral partnership.
