Consul General Won-sam Chang met with KOCHAM’s (Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in USA, Inc.) new Chairman, Mr. Kwang Soo Kim, on July 23. Mr. Kim also serves as the President of POSCO America. Amb. Chang congratulated Mr. Kim on the appointment and discussed ways for the Chamber to grow further.
