On Saturday, August 15, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, H.E. Keung Ryong Chang, participated in the 75th anniversary of Korean National Liberation Day ceremony hosted by the Korean Community Association of Ottawa, held at the Embassy auditorium.

Ambassador Chang marked the occasion by delivering the remarks of the President of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae-in, addressed on the occasion of the 75th anniversary, and together with the attendees, commemorated those patriots who worked to bring liberation to the Korean peninsula.
