As we have learned various hand and kicking techniques as well as practical applications in self-defense and sparring, we will now demonstrate different training methods. In this episode we will review and talk about using a jump rope, kettle bell and rowing machine. For those who do not have equipment, we will also provide alternative methods. A little bit of old school (no technology) vs. new school (technology) which will lead us to Olympic style sparring. We will also explain how the introduction of electric scoring changed the sport of Taekwondo.
