The Korean Cultural Center held an online screening of Korean movies through the website of the Korean Cultural Center from June 26 (Fri) to 4:00 PM on June 27 (Sat), 2020.
It was the second online screening event for the local public and members of the Cultural Center as it became impossible to hold movie screenings in the Cultural Center due to the spread of Corona 19 in the host country.
The film that was screened on this day was <The Terror Live> (Italian subtitle, directed by Kim Byeong-woo, starring Ha Jung-woo, released in 2013).
A total of 328 people connected to the online screening held for 24 hours to watch the movie. (6.29 visitor 207, 6.27 visitor 121)
In consultation with Tucker Film, a local importer of Korean films, the Cultural Center conducted a process in which a maximum of 300 people were connected.The local distributor extended the screening time by 1 hour due to the increase in number of visitors before the deadline, up to 328. Up to people were allowed access.

In addition, at the time of screening in the Cultural Center, only up to 100 people were allowed to watch, but more than 300 people watched this online movie viewing event, which was an opportunity to expand the base of Korean movies.
It actively promoted through cooperation with local film festivals and paid advertisements on SNS.
By conducting a limited disclosure method for members of the Cultural Center Newsletter, the number of new members of the Cultural Center has increased by 150. (Password for watching movies is provided to newsletter members only)
The movie post page on the website of the Cultural Center was recorded 2,200 times.
Movie posts uploaded to the Cultural Center's Facebook page were viewed by 8615 people, received 367 likes, and shared 54 times.

After the screening of the movie, a “conversation with viewers” event called “Cinema Salon” was held through Instagram live for about 40 minutes from 12:00 on Friday, July 3rd.
We had a time to talk about the movie with viewers who watched the movie, and to ask and answer questions about the movie.
At the end of July, the Korean Cultural Center is scheduled to introduce the movie <Gwanghae, the Man Who Becomes King> (Italian subtitle, director Choo Chang-min, starring Lee Byung-hun, 2012).
