As part of Hi Seoul spring festival 2009, the musical 'Daejanggeum' will be put on stage at Sungjeongjeon Hall of Gyeonghuigung (Gyeonghui Palace) at 8 p.m. from May 1 to 24.

This musical is from a world-famous TV drama under the same title 'Daejangguem' ('Jewel in the Palace') featuring a story of a successful court lady Jangguem during the Joseon Dynasty (1391-1910).
