The Korean National Ballet opens the season with "La Bayadere," one of the most celebrated productions of classical ballet. Bayadere is a French word for an Indian temple dancer. The story takes place in ancient India and brings to the stage 120 dancers, 200 different costumes and colorful set designs. Audiences can look forward to the stylized choreography of each of the characters, as well as the corps de ballet of the National Ballet company.
