Seoul Arts Center invites music lovers to enjoy the works of Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla, a pioneer of Nuevo tango, which incorporates elements from jazz and classical music.
His program in Seoul will feature his famous piece “Adios Nonino,” which was used by Olympic figure skater Kim Yuna as her free skate music for the 2013-14 season.
The second part of the concert will have three Argentine dance teams perform to Piazzolla’s music, as well as other traditional tango pieces played by Cuatrocientos, one of Japan's top tango bands.
