Classical pianist Jan Lisiecki is performing in Korea for the first time.
Since 2010, he has been a recording artist with the classical music record label Deutsche Grammophon. BBC Music Magazine has introduced him as “perhaps the most ‘complete’ pianist of his age,” and Gramophone Magazine has said that he has “a gift too rare to be squandered.”
Jan Lisiecki will play Chopin’s “Nocturne Op. 55,” Schumann’s “Nachtstucke, Op.23” Ravel’s “Garpard de la nuit,” Rachmaninov’s “morceaux de fantasie, Op.3,” Chopin’s “Norturne Op. 72, No. 1” and “Scherzo No. 1, Op.20) during his Seoul concerts.
