Minister Kwon Oh-eul of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (MPVA) visited Shanghai, China, from January 6 (Tue) to January 8 (Thu). He emphasized that “Shanghai is a historic place where the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea was established and carried out its activities.
